10 Commandments not part of the US Constitution...

I reference this news article regarding the recent ruling ordering Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore to remove his 5300lb granite monument of the 10 Commandments from the rotunda of an Alabama judicial building. I applaud this decision because I don't feel that religion has a place in judicial rulings. America is comprised of people of many religions, and to insinuate that a court may rule based on one religion is completely un-American. It's unfortunate that people in this country are still discriminated against in the name of religion. (even in our courts) I often wonder how history will look back on us. I certainly hope that in the future of our country we will be free of prejudices that use God as an excuse to create inequal minorities. Otherwise, I fear that it may not be our country that survives to look back.

"WASHINGTON (Reuters) - In a victory for the Bush administration, a secretive appeals court Monday ruled the U.S. government has the right to use expanded powers to wiretap terrorism suspects under a law adopted after the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks." Secret Court OKs Broad Wiretap Powers

Keep this in mind Bush fans next time we vote. The Bush Administration doesn't seem to care much about our civil liberties, nor protecting and upholding the Constitution of the United States. Kinda scary, isn't it?

Not really, more like the idiot who can't find an acceptable word so instead swears to make his point. The idiot who in front of his child today became abusive because he couldn't return a CD. Just venting here, but folks, if you can't find a word to descrbe what you're trying to say, don't swear at someone. Just shut your uneducated mouth.
