Windows XP Service Pack 2 installation went rather smoothly this morning - all 75MB of it. I had heard and read some disaster stories so I was bracing for the worst, but so far so good. It took forever though, and it really wanted me to turn on "automatic updates." It also got on my case about out of date virus software even though Norton is fully up to date. And I'm still deciding if I'd rather use the pop up blocker in IE or the stand alone I was using before. Decisions decisions.. I did clean most of the office though while SP2 was installing. I even made the paper shredder smell funny.

WOW.....Since you said it was cool, I just downloaded the service pack too. It was really scary at times....but I liked the part about "Inspecting My Current Configuration", it was almost like when I was younger and was a blatent exhibitionist......but never mind. It didn't make my shredder smell funny, but as a child, I once made the 11 year old boy next door smell funny. His mother got quite upset and, as I remember, my mom got a pretty good case of the ass as well.Oh yeah, did I ever tell you how much i like watching those "progress bar" thingies when I download stuff? It's kinda like watchin' your computer pop a woody, you know? Seriously, if you and Jon ever have a child, would you consider letting me adopt it? (I need all the help I can get here)
I just come here to babble.
