Changing Myself

   I was watching Inside the Actor's Studio last night and Martin Sheen was on. It was a very interesting look at his career and his personal struggle to find "transcendence." One of the things he said resounded with me, and I thought I'd post it. Perhaps it's something I should remember when I feel like the world isn't changing fast enough, or when I feel like I'm powerless to change it.
