churchification

   I suppose I don't have the time or energy right now to fully comment on how I feel about the funeral service. Suffice it to say that I was dismayed at the ... churchification. What should have been about a woman's life, her generosity, caring, witty, humerous self was turned into something else. It was not comforting. It was not genuine.
   Thank goodness her daughter saved the day with her speech. It would have made her proud.
