slap the gay ones

   Last night I did the unthinkable. I told myself and everyone else I wouldn't ever do it but I did. I couldn't help myself. It was like watching a train wreck. I watched the reality show "Playing it Straight."
   Even as I watched it I knew I was doing something wrong. The show is perfectly horrible, although compelling in a strange, trashy way. The premise is this woman has to pick a man, and if she picks a straight one she gets $500,000 or something obnoxious. (I think the guy gets that much too) But if she picks a gay one, she gets nothing and he gets $1,000,000.
   It was a marathon, and I caught it somewhere in the middle. Apparently some folks had already been emliminated. Now this is horrific - these guys are all trying to win some money, so they lie and play straight to fool this poor woman. So I'm watching, hoping she picks up and kicks out the gay ones so she can win and be happy. During the elimination I wanted her to bitch slap a few of them. Maybe as we get closer to the end..
