1 more day

   OK, those 9 days passed quickly, as did the 4 days out in Kansas. The visit was lovely, good to see friends, nice to spend time with my lovely, and nice to do just about nothing for a few days. I don't remember anytime recently where I had so little to do - at least only things I wanted to do. OK, so I did homework, I called a few board members, and sent some emails... but really, I didn't spend too much time on it. I was told yesterday that I'm a workaholic. Sounded strange to me, since I feel like often I'm just trying to find a few moments for myself.
   We did install a sweet Davis VantagePro2 weather station while we were out there. That thing will tell temp, wind, barometric pressure, when the moon will rise, and where your lover was when he said he was shopping. And all with pretty gauges and charts. And I even went on the roof and didn't fall off!
   So I've neglected my blog for a few weeks (months) and perhaps I'll be around a bit more now that things aren't constantly spinning around me. (Except they are a little, but that's just the full glass of Red Zin I just had... )
   1 more day and I'm back at work.
